FAQs about Giometal Body Jewelry Wholesale
1.Is your Karat Gold Nickel free?
There is a difference between Nickel contain and Nickel release. Surgical Steel 316L always contains 6-13% of Nickel. If someone argues that Surgical Steel has no Nickel in it, it cannot be true since it would not be 316L.
What is the most important is the Nickel release to the body, which should not be more than 0.5%.
The European Nickel free standard states that the rate of nickel release from the parts of products coming into direct and prolonged contact with the skin should not be greater than 0.5 μg/cm2/week. In other words, these products should not release more than 0.05% nickel (no more than 1 part in 2000 should be Nickel).
This rate of nickel release is even lower for piercing: 0.2 μg/cm2/week.

2.What are the popular piercing types in your products?
Our products covers jewelries for almost all pierced body parts, such as ear, nostril, septum, navel, surface, nipples，etc.. Each of them has its own fans! However, the ear is the most commonly adorned body part, thus, makes the earring jewelry a much more popular product type.
3.How can I place an order?
Step 1: For our existing collections, please look through our Price/Stock List and send us the item codes of products wanted in excel or any format, with or without specs such as quantity, size, color,etc.
For customized designs, please send us your design files or pics with product specs such as required material, quantity, size, color, etc.
Step 2: We will make the pro formal invoice accordingly, MOQ, products details, lead time, payment methods, etc. are included.
Step 3: Confirm PI and PO, and then make the payment accordingly.
Step 4: Once payment is received, we will put the PO into production and/or proceed with shipment.
4.I want to check your quality, could I order samples? Do you provide free samples?
Yes, sample orders are available for MOQ one piece as long as we have them in stock. We don't provide free samples, however, we could provide you with a few other products with no extra charge (if we have them in stock) as recommendations based on the samples you choose. Client is responsible for delivery charges of shipments.
5.What certificates do you have?
